When Night Falls in El Matarraña

There are times of the year when everything invites you to be outdoors—to let the breeze sweep across the table and the light transform the landscape.

This summer, Torre del Marqués is opening its terrace, a space surrounded by the estate’s natural beauty, where you can enjoy one of the most special seasons in Matarraña.

As evening falls, the temperature cools, the sky changes color, and the terrace becomes the setting for al fresco dinners, accompanied by the tranquility and privacy of the surroundings.

The experience is rounded out by a new seasonal menu, crafted with locally sourced ingredients and flavors tied to the region. From creamy carabinero shrimp rice to Mazaleón peach salmorejo, featuring smoked eel from the Ebro Delta and lightly pickled peaches, among other dishes.

In addition, the restaurant offers a menu specially designed for people with celiac disease, so that all guests can fully enjoy the dining experience.

And for those with a sweet tooth, the chocolate ganache puts the finishing touch on summer evenings at Torre del Marqués.
