Dog room

“If you travel with your dog, it has an exclusive space for your pet fully equipped with bed, bowls for drink and food and automatic water dispenser. You can monitor your dog 24 hours a day through your mobile device, thanks to the surveillance monitors installed in each space. Cleaning will be done daily throughout your stay.

How It Was Done

The Torre del Marqués, an ancient masía dating from the beginning of the 18th century, has passed through the hands of different owners, who have incorporated into the building their tastes and the tendencies of the period in which they lived, creating a heterodox and singular set of rural under-Aragonese architecture.

In 2001, a Valencian businessman transformed the farm by creating a purebred horse farm, adding a riding area, and building a jumping field approved for international competitions, and hosting in 2006 and 2007 horseback riding tests of great international deployment and great media display.

Later, after the cessation of this activity, the current owners Oscar García and Marta de Goiri, bet on the construction and implementation of the current 5-star hotel, called Torre del Marqués in tribute to the first owners of this Farm. The hotel complex consists of a main building where the Hotel and Restaurant La Atalaya del Tastavins is located, a service building, where the biomass thermal plant, employee apartments, laundry and warehouses are located.

Previously, the farm already had an old pool, which has been rehabilitated and put into operation, in addition to an old irrigation raft, where rainwater is currently collected from the entire hotel core, for the subsequent use of this scarce property. In the rest of the estate, you can discover old buildings, which in some cases are in the rehabilitation phase to give it new uses for guests’ enjoyment.

The farm had stables at the entrance of the hotel complex, which have been transformed to house the “dog rooms,” the bicycle center and other equipment of the hotel. Likewise, the old building that housed the social club of the horse jumping field, has been transformed into a modern winery of ecological winery.
